As I wanted to understand how human body works so I could get to know how truly to loss my weight (shall we call fat) by control my body growth. I came across nutrition. Learned basic of how muscle build, how brain connects with fingers moves, why waist circumstances growth not only from food we eat but stress factors, and what factors to concern when we eat.
how we all connect to affect what the next action is?
My mission is trying to break down complex concept into simple form easy to understand so we all get to be our own nutritionist / aka be the person who get to control your own health.
